WBPDUX may contact a user in response to a submitted enquiry, to request missing documents, to arrange a follow-up call, to provide status updates, or to refer the matter to an approved assessment route. Marketing contact should be separated from service contact and opt-out requests should be honoured promptly.
Outbound B2B calling
For live outbound B2B calls, WBPDUX/RMB/calling partners should screen against CTPS, TPS and internal do-not-call lists, identify the calling organisation, display a number or provide an alternative contact number, and avoid automated marketing calls unless valid consent exists.
