How to raise a concern
If you have a concern about the website, a form submission, contact from us, document handling, data protection or a referral, contact info@wbpdux.co.uk with your name, business name, contact details and summary of the issue. We will acknowledge the concern, investigate, and respond within a reasonable period.
Third-party concerns
If the concern relates to a third-party solicitor, broker, assessment provider or utility partner, we may direct you to that provider's own complaints process.
