Scope of submission
By submitting the BEC form, you ask WBPDUX to review the information provided for document-management and triage purposes. This does not create a solicitor-client relationship and does not start legal proceedings. If the matter is referred to an appointed solicitor or assessment provider, that provider will decide whether it can accept the matter and will issue its own terms.
Referral arrangements
WBPDUX may receive an administration, referral or management payment from an approved partner where permitted and applicable. Any such arrangement is not a charge to the client unless expressly stated in writing by the relevant provider. Any separate energy procurement or switching review is optional and must be agreed separately.
